Payments

Payments for all sessions and courses to be paid by cheque, cash, bank to bank transfer or PayPal.

Concessions 

Should you want a concessionary rate for any sessions or courses then please use the Contact Form to discuss.

Cancellations and postponements 

Cancellations and postponements of appointments are sometimes unavoidable.

Clients are asked to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should they need to cancel or postpone an appointment otherwise the following charges will apply:

More than 48 hours = No fee

Less than 48 hours = 50% fee

No show = 100% fee

Please note: The cancellation charges above do not apply to workshops/courses/events and the information for booking/cancelling can be found on the courses/events page.

All deposits paid for my courses are non-refundable as are any PayPal charges.  If you need to transfer your booking to another course date, then I need a minimum of 7 days notice, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.  Please note all payments for the evening workshops are also non-refundable.
